Curd – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1/3 cup
Carrot chopped – 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum (green, red, yellow) – 1 cup
Green coriander chopped – 1/4 cup
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Dry mango – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cheese slices – 4
Ghee/Butter – 2 tbsp
Green Chutney – 1/2 cup
salt – as per taste

How to make Tandoori Paneer Sandwich
To make tandoori paneer sandwich full of taste, first of all, we will prepare the stuffing to fill in the sandwich. For this, first take paneer and cut it into small pieces. After this, finely chop capsicum, coriander chilli, carrot as well. Now take a bowl and add 1 tbsp oil in it. After this add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin powder, dry mango powder and prepare the paste by stirring it with a spoon.

After mixing all the things well, add gram flour, curd, green coriander leaves in the bowl and mix all the ingredients by whipping the mixture well. Then mix finely chopped capsicum, carrot and paneer pieces in this mixture. In the end, adding salt as per taste, mix everything with hands so that paneer does not break.
